Philosophy

I believe that the best software is built by teams who own outcomes together — no throwing things over walls, no blame when things break. You ship together, you fix together. I care about choosing the right tool for the job, designing future-facing solutions, and maintaining operational excellence - not because someone's watching, but because that's how good work gets done.

What I'm Looking For

I am looking for a backend-heavy role working on something that matters, be that large-scale systems or meaningful problems, on a team with real craft. I value trust to develop well-designed solutions, whether that's building something new or upgrading existing solutions. I enjoy both sides of the mentor-mentee relationship and look forward to learning from my teammates as much as I do sharing my expertise where I have it.
